Day-to-day documentation focuses on project observations: construction progress, customer requests, additional work, deviations, problems or defects, and supporting photos. IVOLOG collects these site reports as structured cases for further processing in the office.

How do voice notes become construction site records?

An employee selects the project and records the report on a smartphone. IVOLOG transcribes and classifies the content. A structured case then appears in the office dashboard; a photo can optionally be added while recording.

Who in a construction company is IVOLOG for?

For teams that want to hand information reliably from the site to the office: site managers, project managers, foremen or supervisors, and employees working in on-site trades. Access and views follow the existing roles in IVOLOG.

Does IVOLOG replace a site diary or daily construction report?

IVOLOG focuses on individual site reports and the structured cases they produce. It does not automatically create a complete site diary or daily construction report covering weather, workforce numbers and all daily work. Recorded cases and exports can supplement your existing documentation.

Which export formats are available?

The existing export features output cases as PDF or CSV. Selected information can then be documented, processed further in Excel or used in existing office workflows.

Can reports be captured without an internet connection?

Uploading, transcription and AI processing currently require an internet connection. IVOLOG therefore does not promise offline operation on sites without connectivity.
